  • RV Site rates vary depending on time of year. Check your exact dates to get accurate pricing.
  • Primitive Camping is $30 per night per tent with a max of 4 persons.
  • Higher rates may apply on Holiday Weekends and Off-Season (Nov-Feb) are discounted
  • Check-In is 3p / Check-Out is 11a
  • Max Occupancy:
    • RV/Tent/Primitive: 6 persons up to 4 adults max
    • Kasitas: 4 persons up to 2 adults max
    • Kabanas: 2 persons
    • Kimas: 2 persons
  • Parking: We are VERY STRICT on parking. You must keep your rv/vehicles/trailers (anything with an axle) in a single-file line. We don't allow parking on the sides of the roads or in our grass/dirt. We have overflow parking areas available. No more than 2 vehicles per site EXCEPT glamping, which we only allow one vehicle and no trailers.
  • Tents are not allowed in RV Sites. The only tent camping we offer is primitive camping.
  • Day Use, Boat Launch, Hammock Garden, and Community Bar area is available to all registered guests.
  • Leashed Pets are welcome!
  • Free Wifi is available at the office only.
  • Several sites require LONGER than normal water and sewer connections. We recommend a 100' water hose and 25' sewer hose at sites  5, 19, 20, and 31-50.

General Rules

  • Quiet Hours are from 11pm-7am.
  • Check-in Time is 3pm.
  • Checkout time is 11a unless 'Stay-N-Play' is added.
  • No smoking inside any cabins or facilities.
  • No pets in non-pet friendly cabins or inside restroom facilities
  • No dumping any refuse or waste, including grey water, from any trailer or other vehicle except in places or receptacles provided for such use.
  • No site may have more than 10 people at anytime and no more than 6 people at a site after sunset. We do this to make sure each guest has the same positive experience and each other's space is respected.
  • Visitors not registered for an overnight stay are required to pay the campground admission at $7 per person which is applied to the reservation of said guest(s). Visiting hours are from 9am until Sunset and are required to park in the designated overflow parking areas.
  • All fires must be confined to designated grills or firepits.
  • Maximum length of stay on a particular site is 14 nights.
  • Registered campers may not change sites without permission from the campground staff.
  • Campers are allowed either a maximum of one trailer/RV and one tent, or two tents per site. Site Tent Camping is limited to the West End or Glamping End of the Campground (Sites 1-21).
  • Golf carts must be driven by a licensed driver and stay on the roads. ATV’s and Side by Side are prohibited. Guests will be asked to remove or park prohibited vehicle(s) until their stay is over.
  • Operating vehicles in a reckless manner, or in excess of posted speed limits, or in areas other than those specifically intended for vehicular traffic is cause for immediate ejection from the campground.
  • Noise pollution of any kind will not be tolerated. Excessively loud groups, vehicles, boats (including jet boats, speed boats, and air boats) are a nuisance and disturbance to other campground guests and is not allowed. Generators may not be used after sunset.
  • Roadside and grass parking is prohibited. Parking on unoccupied campsites is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, remove, and/or ban any party that doesn't obey rules, staff, or creates issues before, during, or after their stay.
  • Tents are not allowed in RV Sites. The only tent camping we offer is primitive camping.
  • We DO NOT permit rental RVs from third-party rental companies at our property.

How to Check-In

  • Check-In Time is 3pm and enforced. Guests must check-in online (link sent via text) or office before gaining access to the campground.
  • We will send you the gate code at 3p on check-in day.
  • Check-Out Time is 11am. Please notify the office to see if a late checkout ('Stay-N-Play') is an option.
  • Reservations are required.
  • Payment is due before check-in and full payment is required prior to us giving you your access.
  • When booking three or more properties (cabins and/or rv sites), we require full payment when booking and this is non-refundable. We strongly recommend each member of large groups to book their reservations individually.
  • Minimum stay is 2 nights during the peak season (April 1st- October 31st) and during Texas and Oklahoma Spring Break weeks (Usually middle of March).
  • Holiday Weekends and other special events require a 3 night minimum.
  • If you plan to arrive after the office closes, please text us for instructions on checking in. We will try to contact you prior to the office closing to arrange payment. Full payment is due prior to occupying the site/cabin.

Cancellation Policies

  • A valid credit card is required to hold the reservation. For 'Pay at Check In' full payment is required upon Check-In. For 'Pay Now and Save' full payment is taken at the time of the booking. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Cash as forms of payment. We're sorry, we currently cannot accept Checks unless prior arrangement is made. 'Pay at Check In' rates booking within the cancellation period (see below), your credit card will be charged for one night at the time of the booking.
  • For 'Pay at Check In' rates, we require 14 days advance notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
  • For 'Pay Now and Save' rates, Once confirmed, reservations are non-refundable and no changes (except adding days) can be made. Additionally, our reservation agents cannot access your reservation or make changes or cancellations. Any modifications must be done online through your account.
  • All packages (such as The Family Fun Package, Delivery Firewood, etc) have a 3 day cancellation.
  • Large bookings for three or more cabins and/or rv sites require full payment at time of booking and this payment is non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Once you have checked-in, you are responsible for payment for your entire stay. If you need to depart prior to your original check-out date, please let us know. No refunds will be made for early checkout, cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical/electrical failure or malfunctions with TVs or other equipment, family emergencies, sightings of insects and rodents or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pet Policies

  • Some, but not all of our cabins are Pet-Friendly at Paradise on Lake Texoma. Please only take pets into Pet Friendly Cabins only.
  • There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35.00 if you bring a pet.
  • Pets must remain on a leash at all times.
  • Please don’t leave your pet unattended.
  • Excessive barking, or pets not leashed may be cause for immediate and non-refundable eviction.
  • There is a $250 deep cleaning fee charged if you bring pets to non-pet friendly cabins.
  • Your credit card may be charged for damages if any damages arise due to pets.

TAP Pass Access

  • TAP Access is from 9am until Sunset
  • Fishing and Lake Access is in the designated TAP Area (not the boat ramp).
  • No Fires, Littering, or Vehicles in the designated TAP Area.
  • TAP Pass Holders are limited to the TAP plan they purchased - Single (1) Day Use - Family (4) Day Use.
  • Boat Launch has no limit of people until it turns into Day Use and they are required to move to the designated TAP Area.
  • TAP Pass Holders are encouraged to ride in the same vehicle or arrive at the same time.
  • TAP Pass Holders cannot let their friends use their TAP to gain access on the property.
  • TAP Passes are valid for the purchaser and their guests only.The name on the pass must be present for entry.
